Real Estate photography originated from my business ‘david media solutions’ a website design and marketing business now celebrating 15 years with a 96% client retention rate. Real estate and commercial photography are something we offered our boutique of clientele over the years. But as our real estate, restaurant and construction clientele grew, so did the need to service them with excellent photography services.
So, I began Arizona WEB-PHOTOGRAPHY. There was a need for leveling the playing field in real estate photography. Luxury homes seemed to be the primary receiver of professional photography as benefited by the properties selling price point. While non-luxury home photography, is left to the listing agents quality cell phone or point and shoot camera. Many Realtors have mastered the quality cell phone and point and shoot camera images quite well. But there is no substitute for the professional camera and moreover, the professional photographer.
